Somebody capable of playing possibly ? Cause we know Ricky's career is over...
No we don't........ that is why the Dolphins insisted on getting a hearing for Ricky's appeal BEFORE the draft, so they'll know if they have to go after a RB.

I got $20 that says he misses his own appeal.
I'll put a bet on that...... or better yet, let's make it a poop bet.

Is there a chance that the Phins try to recoup the 8 mil if he is suspended ? If not, then he doesn't show.
Miami has zero chance of recouping that 8 million now. He came back & played last year & played very well. All that is in the past.

Basically the judgment was that the original contract he signed was null and void, and he has to pay all the money he earned back to the Dolphins, regardless of what happens next. However, if he plays well, the Dolphins may forget about the judgment. If he is suspended for a year, the Dolphins may enforce that judgment, but then Ricky would file for bankruptcy and become a free agent after the year is over.
