'99 does not count. We were champions 2 years prior and transitioned QB's. I'll give ya '90 and '82

The league faced another problem when a 57-day long players' strike reduced the 1982 season from a 16-game schedule to 9. Because of the shortened season, the NFL adopted a special 16-team playoff tournament. Division standings were ignored. Eight teams from each conference were seeded 1-8 based on their regular season records.

..and Miami went to the Super Bowl that year.. lost to the Redskins in the Super Bowl. I was in 5th grade. I cried.  Cry

at Pittsburgh..when they get their rings, especially if Culpepper isn't 100%.

Outside of the first and last game, we have 14 winnable games(who knows..Indy might have nothing to play for.)

Right - Forgot about that.

Should we be afraid of the Packers, Chiefs, or Vikings?

We know the Jets and Bills have nothing to offer this season, and New England is on the STEEP AND RAPID DECLINE.

And, besides, McDuff - who says the Dolphins will have anything to play for by week 17?
