But he still needs to be able to show which supplement he took and substantiate that a compound in it caused a false positive. Considering that he was in India or whatever, even finding the supplement might not be trivial.

The test that failed was in December, when he was playing for the Dolphins.  For some reason it took a while to come back, probably because it was checked and re-checked at more than one lab.
