2011 NFC East Champions!

...to say how displeased he is over the way the Titans are "treating" Steve "IR" McNair:

http://www.nfl.com/news/story/9387731

You know Favre, the Titans are doing what a real NFL team is supposed to do.  They don't give 1 crap about what he did for them in 1999 by taking them...errr...riding Eddie George to the Super Bowl that year.  They need to move forward, and they've got an awesome QB in Billy Volek, who can light it up with Drew Bennett.

Your organization, the Packers, have just about solidified themselves as the arm-pit of the NFC for the next 10 NFL seasons, largely in part to you being Mr. center of attention, and also in part to them not doing anything else but sitting around waiting for you to make up your freaking mind.

Titans - Good Job.  You're doing what you need to do, and that's taking care of business first.

I still think that Favre has done a lot for the Packers and maybe if the front office would show some initiative, either in signing a different veteran to be back up to Rogers, or start looking for some WR's, maybe a rb with a good knee. Anything action would force a response from Favre. I don't blame him, i blame them. Terrible offseason for the pack.

I believe that, because of all the build-up, the moment that Favre announces his retirement, Joe Tex will experience his first full vaginal orgasm.

Lame.  Either shit or get off the pot, Favre.  If he doesn't think he's gonna get what he wants, fine.....retire, but don't hold it over their heads.  The Packers have to do what's best for their long term, not what makes Favre happy.

I used to like Favre.  Now I think he's being a total asswipe.

Why do you like Brett Favre so much, Sunstroke?  Don't you agree that with every day, Favre continues to drive a wedge between the Packers and their future?

To jump in on the other topic of this post, the Titans are asswhipes. We bitch and moan every year about players being under contract and holding out. This is a reverse case. A player is under contract, but the Titans are scared to let him show up. Either let him work out or cut him. It's BS.

I have no feelings toward Favre one way or the other, to be completely honest...but I just find it extremely amusing that you keep nipping at Favre's heels like a cattle dog trying to bring in a stray. Maybe the better question would be..."Why do you HATE Brett Favre so much?"

..."Why do you HATE Brett Favre so much?"

Because I think he is selfish, arrogant, "i" in team type player.  He's been a mediocre NFL QB for the last 2 seasons, and the last season, he was the worst QB, costing his team damn near every game he played with those ridiculous Nintendo Tennis lobs.

Furhtermore, he single-handidly made me lose to YOU in a fantasy football semi-final playoff match.  He threw FIVE interceptions, one of which was returned for a TD, while you had the Bears DT, which was the difference in the game.

Not only should he have "double-bagged" it, he should be outright released by the Packers.  Screw nostalgia, and screw anything he's ever done for them.  Time to move forward.

And the truth shall set you free...
