Gerald Riggs Jr is one of the best RBs.  Great signing.  Look for him to back up Brown. 

Riggs has all the talent needed and I guarantee you he will succeed.

I agree.  Riggs could be a solid backup if he puts the effort in.  He was a Heisman dark horse coming into last season.
