Dolphins vs. Texans game event

Just in case any of you are interested.  This is similar to the Bucs game last year some of you did with me.  Ticket and tailgate combined.  I got them from the Texans.  Selling them at my cost plus a small markup for a t-shirt so we can all wear the same thing to the game.  I bought 46 spots today and 32 are already gone.  With enough notice, I could get 23 more if the other 14 sell fast.  Mezzanine level in the endzone.  Closer to the Dolphins side than the Texans.  Got the last two rows with a piggyback set up of 23 and then 23.  We can stand up the whole game if we like and no Texans fans will be behind us!  Sweet!

If I track down where the team hotel is, I plan to get a block of rooms for those interested.  GO PHINS!

I have vacation plans for that weekend, or I'd do this in a second.  I'd love to check out the new stadium in Houston.

It's all there my friend.  Look at what all you get before the price freaks you out  .   The Texans ticket office requires you to buy a tailgate party for Group Tickets.  I think it's a decent deal though and sitting with over 40 dolfans is going to be a blast.

Absolutely.  I always print at least 72 so there will be extras.  Not sure what it's going to look like now and I'm looking for ideas.  The only thing I havecome up with so far is a Dolphin riding a bull.  Their mascot is a bull and so is their helmet logo.

How about a dolphin roping a bull. I would say the image of one thrown on it's back and tied up is more intimidating.

I was gonna say - A Dolphin, a tough one, maybe the same one from the Tampa shirts, riding a horse and lasso-ing a bull.  A strangling look on the bull's face, eyes bugging out of his skull, like his skull is about to pop...

Yeah, something along those lines is what I'm working on.  I'm kind of leaving it up to the artist, but I told him a Dolphin on a bull type deal.   I'll mention the lasso idea.  Good stuff.

One other thing I was thinking was about making it a Culpepper shirt since the camp reports today got me so fired up.  I may go that route for the Bills game, but there is no guarantee he will even be playing by then.  Looks good though.

Texans Culpep idea:

"To hot a Pepper even for Texas"!  Or something along those lines.  The pic would be a chili pepper characture (sp?) with cool sunglasses on and a #8 football jersey that looked liked the one a team we know wears, but not enough to violate trademarks.

What do you think?  Bull or Pepper?
