He has now been arrested for providing alcohol to underage girls. This is his 4th arrest in 7 months. I am ashamed the guy went to WVU.

Good one Beef. I have to give credit when due.

He may actually have had sex though Tommy. They found out about this during a report by one of the girls (age 18) that she had been raped. The police determined she was filing a false report, but the investigation uncovered the alcohol charges.

Maybe that was the next step..... he gave the girls alcohol at the request of one of his buddies.... then they tried to rape one of them. 

It's all speculation at this point, but this guy is a fucking retard for getting himself in trouble like this.
